The underlying page set-up of each spread is designed according to the engaged-leg logic of the golden section. The golden section, as recognised in bodies has long been applied in architecture and books to aim at ideal beauty. Hence, by the engaged-leg logic of the golden section architecture, books and bodies are tied together. Therefore, this book takes this logic as point of departure and counterposes the ideal page set-up by drawings, collages and footnotes.
