It proposes play-legged embodied design thinking to move from the body of architecture to architecting bodies. The approach is coined waying and is the result of bodily exploring the conceptual apparatus of becoming by direct and live acting as to design actionables.
The underlying page set-up of each spread is designed according to the engaged-leg logic of the golden section. The golden section, as recognised in bodies has long been applied in architecture and books to aim at ideal beauty. Hence, by the engaged-leg logic of the golden section architecture, books and bodies are tied together. Therefore, this book takes this logic as point of departure and counterposes the ideal page set-up by drawings, collages and footnotes.
Through the book we can read the proces of each walk. This walks happened at the beginning of her research. To emphasize the process and make a visual difference from the main research, these sections are designed as a typed archive.
